Return and Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns once items have left the premises.
• No refunds will be issued after pickup or delivery.
• If a valid issue arises, store credit may be applied toward a future order, at our discretion.

We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration to products once they leave our kitchen.   Please transport your items with care and follow any storage instructions provided.

In rare circumstances where a concern is reported before pickup or delivery:

• Contact us within 12 hours of scheduled delivery or pickup
• Provide clear photos and order details
• If approved, a store credit will be issued for use on your next purchase
